20 Albany Street is an elegant, grade ‘A’ listed town house in Edinburgh dating from 1815 and has been sympathetically refurbished, retaining its superb period features to provide a combination of Georgian elegance and modern facilities.
Secured, off street parking is available at the rear of the property on request for £10 per night.
This ideal city centre location is on a quiet residental street, yet only 2 minutes from the tram terminal that runs from the airport and only a short stroll from Waverley train station, the heart of Edinburgh, Princes Street, the world famous Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, theatres and all major attractions.
We are also an ideal location for Murryfield Stadium for Rugby fixtures as you can now hop on the new tram service from just around the corner which stops right outside Murryfield stadium. You will then be very well situated for an evening out in town afterwards and an easy tram ride to the airport.

A warm, friendly welcome awaits you, on arrival you will be offered complimentary afternoon tea including homemade cakes and in true Scottish tradition a ‘dram’ of malt whisky. We are very flexible and it is no trouble if you need to arrive early or late, as long as you let us know and we can easily accomodate you.
You can choose to relax in the stylish lounge or in the quieter traditional drawing room, ideal for catching up with the papers, reading or planning your visit over a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
Your stay includes a delicious freshly cooked full Scottish breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, vegetarian options or a continental breakfast. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and we are happy to cater for specific dietary needs if required.
Guests are welcome to invite non-residents to join them for breakfast for a nominal charge.
