Welcome to 20 Albany Street, a luxury boutique bed and breakfast in the heart of Edinburghs historic and vibrant new town.
Welcome
This elegant, ‘A’ listed town house accommodation in Edinburgh dating from 1815 has been sympathetically refurbished, retaining its superb period features to provide a combination of Georgian elegance and modern facilities.
This city centre location is only a short walk from the heart of Edinburgh, the world famous Princes Street, theatres and all major attractions.
A warm, friendly welcome awaits you. On arrival you will be offered a complimentary afternoon tea in true Scottish tradition, including homemade shortbread and a ‘dram’ of Highland malt whisky.
With two exclusive, luxurious guest suites, you will receive individual attention and benefit from the use of the spacious public rooms.
You can choose to relax in the stylish lounge or in the quieter traditional drawing room, ideal for catching up with the papers, reading or planning your visit over a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The drawing room is ideal for informal, private business meetings and can be hired to include refreshments if required.
Your stay includes a delicious continental or freshly cooked full breakfast using locally sourced ingredients. We are happy to cater for specific dietary needs if required. Guests are welcome to invite non-residents to join them for breakfast for a nominal charge.
Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout 20 Albany Street.
Secured, off street parking is available at the rear of the property on request, for a small consideration.
Whether travelling for business or pleasure, we will be very happy to help you plan your visit and suggest ideas for dining, entertainment and attractions.
